Irene’s Story will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags, or defective merchandise for return within 14 days from the date on which you received your package.
For returns received within 14 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment. If received after 14 days, restocking fees will be charged.
Valid on select styles, only while supplies last. Offer valid online only. Marked price reflect savings off original ticketed price. No adjustment on prior purchases. Offer not valid on purchase of gift cards, previously purchased merchandise, taxes, or shipping.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send back the item along with the filled out Return Form to us for a refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges*. Once we receive your package, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. The charged shipping fee is non-refundable. Please indicate what items you’d like to return by filling out the Return Form included in your package. If your Return Form is misplaced, you can download one here. Please review the information to determine which return method works best for you. Note that your completed Return Form must be included in the package for your return to be processed. We will notify you with an email confirming that your return has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

Store/Web Return Policy
Merchandise (except Final Sale items) purchased online can only be returned through online returns processing for a refund. **Exchange or store credit cannot be issued at Irene's Story Store locations for online orders.**
- We cannot accept items purchased at Irene's Story stores at our Online Returns Center.
- Store credits offered do not have an expiration date and are valid only at any Irene's Story store locations.
- Please note that store credits issued in store cannot be used on our online website.
Mistakes can happen- if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, email Irene’s Story Customer Service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will send you a Pre-Paid Return Label that you can tape onto your original box and packaging materials which you received.
Please return the merchandise within 14 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns Center, address listed below. All tags must remain attached.

If a replacement or the correct item is not available for exchange, you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment used to make your purchase online. If the item is available, we will gladly make an exchange in the correct style and size with free shipping.
You can cancel orders by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders that have already been processed and sent out from the main office cannot be cancelled.
When purchasing through PayPal, three days will be given for your payment to process. If the order is pending for three or more days, the entire order will be cancelled.
Irene’s Story Gift Cards purchased online can only be used online. Gift cards purchased at Irene’s Story store locations can only be used at any Irene’s Story store location. Irene’s Story gift cards are not credit or debit cards, do not expire, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can check the balance of your online gift card through the original email notification you received for the gift card. Click on the “View Gift Card” button and your balance will be shown at the top right hand corner.

Carefully affix the Pre-Paid Return Label to the package, give it to your USPS postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility. You can also schedule a free at-home pick-up.
Once we have received your package and your return has been processed, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Returns and refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the return package.
