We've decided to simplify our homepage to bring you a modern take on online shopping.
We'll be updating our blog more frequently with featured items, as well as provide more content in our social media outlets! There's so much more we plan for our site, and we can't wait to show you all!
Can I return something I don't like?
We certainly accept returns so long as the items follow our returns policy: unworn and unwashed within 14 business days, you know the drill. More on our returns policy can be found here.
What about online returns? I've purchased something online before Irene's new site launched and now I want to make a return!
As long as your return items are returned to our Online Returns Dept within 14-days, we will issue a refund back to your payment method! More on our returns policy can be found here.
How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?
After we successfully receive your return package, refunds generally take about 3-5 business days to process. Once processed, the amount should show in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. There may be occasions when refund processing may take up to 14 business days to completely transfer into your bank account. To expedite your refund, please feel free to email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to speed the process for you.

Download our application form, fill it out, and email it back to us along with your resume. Remember: We like candidates who stand out above the rest!
I found something in-stores that I liked, but they didn't have my size.
Unfortunately, if it is not listed in our online shop, we are unable to ship you that particular style. However, we have several other store locations, and they may have your size. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the style number, description, color, and size, and we will do our best to help you out!
I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I cancel?
As long as your order has not been fulfilled and has not left our facilities, we can cancel your order. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.
The item I ordered doesn't fit properly, can I make an exchange online?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges at this time simply because the item that you ordered may sell out in your desired size. What we can offer at this time is to issue store credit or a refund for return, and you may purchase the size you would like, if it is still available, in a new online order.
